GravoLAB developed a new concept for face-shields. They are completely made on with thermoforming machine, eliminating the need for 3D printed or injection molded parts, which are expensive and cannot be manufactured in high volumes.
Our shield is called X2 – and works by assembly two separated parts with a click system: the support and the transparent visor film.
These shields can be easily used with face-masks or glasses
They could be widely used inside hospitals, inside manufacturing companies or in crowded places
We have donated thousands of face-shields by now, and more are on the way each week.
